Everything you need to know before you call β hours, service area, what we need from you, and how our membership works.
We come to you β always. Give us your location when you call and we'll head out. There's no towing, no waiting room, and no reason to go anywhere.
It depends on where you are and what we have going on. Call us and we'll give you an honest arrival estimate before you commit β no vague "we'll be there soon" answers.
Friday through Tuesday we're available 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Wednesday and Thursday we're available 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
We can't help outside our service windows β we'd rather be upfront than leave you guessing. If you're stuck, check whether your auto insurance or roadside assistance covers lockouts.
A true lockout means your keys are physically inside and you can't get in β keys on the seat, in the ignition, in the cupholder, on the kitchen counter.
No β we open doors, that's our specialty. We don't cut keys, program key fobs, or work on ignitions. For those needs, contact a full service locksmith.
Most standard cars, trucks, and SUVs β yes. Heavily modified vehicles or unusual door configurations may be a different story. Call us first and describe what you've got and we'll let you know.
We require documentation showing you live at that address. A utility bill, bank statement, or official mail with your name and that address β alongside your photo ID β will work.
We take the security of your property β and your neighbors' β seriously. We have no way of knowing who belongs where without documentation. ID verification protects you as much as it protects everyone else. It's non-negotiable, no exceptions.
You'll need a government-issued photo ID and your vehicle registration. Both must match the vehicle being opened. You must be present β we cannot open a vehicle for someone who isn't there with proper documentation.
A government-issued photo ID with the service address on it. If your ID doesn't have your current address, bring something official β a lease, utility bill, or bank statement β that ties your name to that address.
Someone else can make the call, but you need to be the one at the location with your ID and documentation when we arrive. We verify identity on-site before doing anything.
We service within a 20-mile radius of Elnora, Indiana. If you're outside that range, we can still come out β a mileage surcharge will apply. Call us before we head out so we can give you an honest quote.
It depends on the distance. Call us with your location and we'll quote you a price before we leave β no surprises when we arrive.
Call us at 812.633.0136 and we can answer that directly β payment options may vary depending on the situation.
Core Protection is our annual membership for $250 per year. It covers up to 6 lockouts per year β residential and vehicle β and as a member you will never pay a trip fee.
Yes β any combination of residential and vehicle lockouts counts toward your 6 annual unlocks. Home one month, car the next β it all comes out of the same pool.
No β Core Protection is tied to you personally and covers only vehicles registered to your household and your own residence. It cannot be used for friends or family outside your household.
Yes. If we've already been out to help you once, you can apply what you paid on that last call as a credit toward your $250 enrollment β and that last call counts as your first unlock. Ask about the second-call credit when you enroll.
Once you've used your 6 included unlocks, each additional call for the rest of the year is $40 per unlock. You still never pay a trip fee β that benefit stays with you for the life of your membership.
Six lockouts, no trip fees, and peace of mind all year. Call us and ask about enrolling β or ask about the second-call credit if we've already been out to help you.
